This page posts to a server-side disconnect handler that revokes the latest QuickBooks refresh token before clearing the saved connection file.
Token revocation
The server revokes the current QuickBooks refresh token before removing the stored connection.
Customer confirmation
After the revoke request succeeds, the app redirects back to the launch page with a disconnect confirmation banner.
